Description

Model FP100L is a pneumatic cutting machine for cutting textiles and technical fabrics. The air motor is entirely from Rasor. Thanks to the latest generation of mechanical and pneumatic components, the excellent turbine reaches a power of 400 W at 20,000 rpm and a high torque. The motor diameter is now only 40 mm, the smallest in its category. The rotor blades are made of VANESTAR® material, minimizing weight and friction. The installed blade with a diameter of 100 mm and 6 cutting edges allows cutting any type of material in the "flexible phase" up to a cutting thickness of 35 mm. The high torque and low blade speed make it possible to cut rubber material with a plastic base for carpet and light flooring applications. Model FP100L is particularly suitable for cross-cutting and can be installed in small spaces thanks to the vertical placement of the motor. This model is equipped with an anchor flange for easy mounting on fixed or automatic brackets. The Teflon® coated base ensures smooth movement of the cutting tool, which can also be mounted in a small space on sliding rails. For continuous trimming, the FP100L is also available as a right-handed (mirrored) version, model FP100. The new semi-automatic sharpening stone with push button allows sharpening the blade edge in less than 10 seconds without removing the blade. Thanks to low maintenance and handling costs, the FP100L is the ideal solution for powerful and reliable cutting in any OEM application.
