RASOR GRT MINI

Model GRT-MINI is the smallest three-phase cutting unit with a carbide counter blade. This machine has been mounted on the main cutting machines for years. The GRT-MINI is powerful, compact, and light (less than 3 kg). The 5-sided blade guarantees a clean cut without sharpening. The new semi-automatic sharpening stone allows the blade edge to be sharpened in less than 10 seconds without removing the blade. The GRT-MINI is widely used in the textile, leather, light carpet, and technical textile industries. The three-phase induction motor is balanced and quiet. This cutting unit is maintenance-free and can therefore be used in the production process 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is particularly suitable for cross cuts and is equipped with an anchor flange for easy mounting on fixed or automatic suspension systems. The new Teflon®-coated base is miniaturized, allowing mounting on sliding rails in a small space. Thanks to the minimal maintenance and low handling costs, GRT-MINI is the cost-effective and reliable cutting solution for any OEM application.
