Description
Model FP861A2 is a pneumatic cutting machine for cutting textiles and technical fabrics. The air motor is entirely by Rasor. Thanks to the latest generation of mechanical and pneumatic components, the excellent turbine reaches a power of 400 W at 20,000 rpm and a high torque. The motor diameter is now only 40 mm, the smallest in its category. The rotor blades are made of VANESTAR® material, minimizing weight and friction. The installed blade with a diameter of 86 mm and 8 cutting edges allows cutting any type of material in the "flexible phase" up to a cutting thickness of 25 mm. The high torque and low blade speed make it possible to cut rubber material with a plastic base for carpet and light flooring applications. Model FP861A2 is particularly suitable for cross-cutting and can be installed in small spaces thanks to the vertical placement of the motor. This model is equipped with an anchor flange for easy mounting on fixed or automatic brackets. The new mini-base with Teflon® coating makes it easy to move the cutting tool. The tool can also be mounted in a small space on sliding rails. The new semi-automatic sharpening stone with push button allows sharpening the blade edge in less than 10 seconds without removing the blade. Thanks to low maintenance and handling costs, the FP861A2 is the best solution for powerful and reliable cutting in any OEM application.
